What data is collected

Only the data voluntarily provided in the contact form: full name, company, email address, telephone number, subject and the content of the message. No third-party data is collected and no data is obtained from external sources.

No special categories of data are processed, no profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are taken.

To answer the enquiry, quotation request or information request received, and to maintain the communication needed to reply to it.

Legal basis

The consent of the data subject, given by ticking the box in the form before sending it (article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@gscunion.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as the relationship arising from the enquiry lasts and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities. Once those periods have elapsed, the data is deleted.

No data is disclosed to third parties and no international transfers are made.
